The M2 Sports Flag Football program is dedicated to fostering the growth and development of young athletes between the ages of Pre-K and 8th grade. Our program emphasizes the importance of non-contact 7 on 7 flag football, with no weight restrictions, to ensure that all participants have the opportunity to participate safely and fairly.

We strive to provide a community-based league that offers all athletes the opportunity to be a part of a youth sports program that emphasizes the importance of competition, hard work, and having fun in sports. Our coaches are committed to teaching the fundamentals and discipline of organized practice and basic football strategies that will help to build football IQ and an overall understanding of the game.

Most importantly, our program is designed to be enjoyable for all participants. We want everyone to have fun and to play with their neighborhood friends. By providing a safe and fun environment, we hope to inspire a lifelong love of sports and physical activity in our athletes.

Flag Football Program Structure

The M2 Sports Flag Football program offers a non-contact, inclusive experience for players of all levels and abilities. Our program is separated into 5 divisions, with no weight restrictions and no tryouts or drafts. We ensure that all players receive equal playing time and rotate through positions, guaranteeing a fantastic experience for everyone.

We understand that players may choose to transition from flag football to tackle football in high school, and we respect each player’s individual development path. However, we do encourage players to continue playing flag football through 8th grade before transitioning to tackle.

Our program is designed to be fun and inclusive for all players and we look forward to welcoming everyone to the M2 Sports Flag Football community.

M2 Sports Flag Football provides each player with a game jersey, which are yours to keep. Each individual player is responsible for providing and using a mouth guard and cleats. Gloves are optional.

Flag coaches will be given more advanced equipment to help them as either a first-year or seasoned coach prepare their team effectively and safely for the season – and years beyond it.

The coaches will have the necessary flag belts, equipment, and balls required to play the game.
